Cancellation Policy for Delight Taste Party:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to cancel or reschedule your booking with us. To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation by Participants in Group Classes:

Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance of the scheduled event will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 72 hours before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

Participants may request to reschedule their booking to another available date and time at no additional cost if the request is made at least 72 hours before the original event.

Cancellation by Delight Taste Party:

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class or event, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

No-Shows:

Participants who do not attend the scheduled event without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Private Events Cancellation:

At Delight Tatse Party, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel a private event booking. Please take note of the following cancellation policy:

Booking and Deposit:

  • We accept bookings for private events with a minimum notice of 3 weeks before the scheduled event date.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Full Payment:

  • Full payment for your private event is due at least 3 days before the scheduled event date.

  • Failure to make full payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Cancellations made more than 10 days in advance of the scheduled event will receive a refund, excluding a $200 deposit.

Cancellations made within 10 - 3 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
